Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. Course Reader Material sells course readers prepared for a specific course, instructor, and term, in two formats: printed physical books that we ship to you, and digital eBooks that you read online in our reader. Because both are prepared for a specific class and term, and because eBooks are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been processed. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy and to our Terms and Conditions.

1. What this covers. This policy applies to every purchase made on CourseReaderMaterial.com, in every format. It includes, without limitation: purchases of the wrong course, instructor, term, or format; dropping, switching, or withdrawing from a course; duplicate purchases; change of mind; not using or not opening the product; and orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

2. Physical books. Physical books are shipped by USPS to the shipping address entered at checkout, and a tracking number is emailed when the order ships. Shipping is $8 per book within the United States and $20 per book for international orders, added at checkout. Please check your address carefully; we cannot redirect, replace, or refund orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly. If a book arrives damaged or with missing pages, or tracking shows delivery but the package did not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier (or of the expected delivery date if it never arrived). Once the problem is confirmed with the carrier or from your photos, we will ship a replacement copy at no charge; replacement is the sole remedy, and no cash refund is given.

3. eBooks (digital content). eBooks are digital content that is delivered and made available immediately after purchase and cannot be returned. By purchasing an eBook you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that no refund, exchange, or cancellation is available once access has been granted. eBooks are licensed to one user through the end of the academic term shown on the product page, are non-transferable, and may not be shared, copied, printed beyond the reader’s built-in limits, or distributed; violations may result in termination of access without refund. If an eBook will not open, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will restore your access.

4. Choosing the right product. Course readers cannot be exchanged between formats (physical book and eBook) or between courses, instructors, or terms. Please confirm the course, instructor, term, and format on the product page before completing checkout.

5. Prices, tax, and shipping. Prices are shown before sales tax. Applicable sales tax and, for physical books, shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Orders we cancel. If we cancel an order before fulfillment (for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an unavailable product), we will refund the full amount charged to the original payment method.

7. Problems with an order and payment disputes. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We keep complete records of every order, payment, shipment, and eBook access, and we respond to and contest payment disputes filed for products that were delivered as described.
