Log in (or create a free account), open Shop, and search by course number or professor. Choose the printed book or the eBook, add it to your cart, and check out with a credit or debit card. Prices are shown before sales tax; tax and, for printed books, shipping are added at checkout.

Our catalog is shown to registered students only. Creating an account takes about 30 seconds, and it is also where your eBooks live (My Account > My Library).

No. Each account is for one student, and accounts can be signed in on one device at a time: if you sign in on a second device, the first one is signed out. An account used on three or more devices in a week is locked automatically until its owner resets the password. Sharing is against our Terms and can end the account’s eBook access without a refund, so every student needs their own reader.

If you were signed out unexpectedly, just sign in again. If your account was locked, use “Lost your password?” to set a new one.

Printed books are bound softcover readers shipped by USPS ($8 per book within the US). eBooks open in our online reader right after checkout, on any laptop, tablet, or phone, and stay available through the end of the term. They are separate products and cannot be exchanged for each other, so check the format before you buy.

After checkout, go to My Account > My Library and click Continue reading under the book. The first time, choose Continue without an account if you are asked. Nothing is shipped for an eBook. Step-by-step guide: How to read your eBook.

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days by USPS, and a tracking number is emailed to you when your book ships. Delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days within the United States and 10 to 21 business days internationally.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe.

All sales are final. Course readers are prepared for a specific course, professor, and term, and eBooks are delivered immediately, so we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment is processed. If a book arrives damaged or an eBook will not open, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it with a replacement copy or restored access. See our Refund and Returns Policy.

Send us your reading list or PDF and the course details, and we handle the rest: copyright clearance, layout, printing, and the online edition. Readers are usually ready within minutes, and professors and TAs receive free desk copies. Call or text +1 (310) 443-3303 or email support@coursereadermaterial.com.
