Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. What ships. Only physical (printed) course readers are shipped. eBooks are delivered online in our reader; nothing is mailed and no shipping charge applies to them.

2. Shipping rates. Shipping is charged per physical book and shown at checkout before you pay: $8 per book to addresses in the United States, and $20 per book to addresses outside the United States. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated separately at checkout.

3. Processing and delivery time. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed and normally ship within 1 to 3 business days via USPS. Typical delivery after shipping is 3 to 7 business days within the United States and 10 to 21 business days internationally. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing can extend them. If you need a reader by a specific class date, order early.

4. Tracking. Every order receives a USPS tracking number by email when it ships. Delivery is complete when the carrier records delivery to the address you provided.

5. Your shipping address. Books ship to the shipping address you enter at checkout. Please check it carefully before you pay, including apartment or room numbers and, for campus deliveries, any mail-center requirements. We cannot redirect an order after it ships, and we cannot replace or refund orders that are delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer or that are returned to us as undeliverable. Address corrections requested before shipping can be sent to support@coursereadermaterial.com and will be applied if the order has not yet shipped.

6. International orders. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and carrier or brokerage fees charged by the destination country; these are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charge. Customs processing can delay delivery.

7. Damaged, defective, or missing deliveries. If your book arrives damaged or with missing or misprinted pages, or if tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or of the expected delivery date if the package never arrived) at support@coursereadermaterial.com or +1 (310) 443-3303, with your order number and, for damage, photos of the book and packaging. We will investigate with USPS and, once the problem is confirmed, ship a replacement copy at no charge; replacement is the sole remedy. All sales are otherwise final, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
